Handbook_ Fan role

 

1  The Site does not represent for any medical professional or organization, the Site only provides an interactive platform for each medical professional, patient and the public.

 

2  The format of the Site would not be affected by medical professionals or organizations. Medical information on the site is based on:

  • Safeguard the interests of social health
  • Maintenance the right of patients’ and the public’s information

 

3   As a Fan,

  • You need to provide the medical professional’s medical services for the patient or the public.
  • You should not engage in marketing or commercial activity on the Site or the medical professional profile.
  • You must bear the risk by yourself.
  • You acknowledge and understand that you legally collect the medical professional’s relevant document.
  • You acknowledge and understand that the information of medical certificate and the relationship with the medical professional are accurate. You acknowledge and understand that the Site does not modify, review or manage information. You must take your own risk. The Site is not responsible for the content on the Site.
  • You acknowledge and understand that the Site does not modifies, reviews or approves the content of the medical professional’s profile. The Site is not responsible for the content on the Site.
  • If the Site receives for the complaint about the content or materials, the Site will investigate them. If the complaint is true, the Site will delete or freeze your account.
  • The Site has the right to delete your content or material which is posted on the Site. And the Site does not and will not give you any compensation.

 

4   You need to update the medical professional’s consultation time regularly. If special and sudden incident occurs, you have to mention in the "Special Announcement" field immediately.

  • e.g. The medical professional has to leave the clinic earlier on 15 Feb 11 (Tue), the consultation time will be changed to 16:00 - 18:30 in the afternoon. I highly apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  • Tips: You have to update this field regularly. This is the maximum benefit to the public and patients.

 

5   You have to mention the medical professional’s consultation time clearly. If two or more medical professionals attend to the same clinic, you only need to mention the medical professional’s personal consultation time.

 

6   When the medical professional provides for other medical services, you could use the “Remarks” field to inform the patient or the public.

  • Tips: The content should be simplified to the public or patients.

 

7   Please complete the medical information in Chinese. The Site will provide for English version later. In fact, the English version will be filled out by the Fans themselves. Related information will be informed afterwards.

 

8   Please fill out the clinic registered telephone number and fax number. If you need to leave the emergent contact number, you may use the "Remarks" field only.

 

9   You cannot interfere in the map’s format, graphics, color, size, or marker’s graphics.

  • Tips: When you find that the location is too far away from the actual location of the clinic, you can send a webform to notify the Site.

 

10   When the patient or the public sends a video link which collects the medical professional’s related video chip (television, radio, news or speech) to the Site, the Site does not modify, review or manage the information and posts on the Site. You do not have any permission or request to remove the link.

 

11   If the patient or the public provides for the new clinic information to the Site, the public and patients have the right to know it. The Site will completely inform the public about the information. You cannot interfere with the storage time and position. To ensure the fairness of the display, new clinics and new medical professionals will be randomly shown.

 

12   Please do not worry about the ranking or comment of patients or the public.

 

13   Please refer to "Terms and Conditions" for other regulations.

 

14   If there is divergence between the English version and the Chinese version, the handbook of Chinese version will be the final standard.

1   The Site does not represent for any medical professional or organization, the Site only provides an interactive platform for each medical professional, patient and the public.

 

2   The format of the Site would not be affected by medical professionals or organizations. Medical information on the site is based on:

  • Maintenance the right of patients’ and the public’s information

 

3   As a General User,

  • You should not engage in marketing or commercial activity on the Site.
  • You are not able to apply for more than one account.
  • You acknowledge and understand that the Site does not modifies, reviews or approves the content of the medical professional’s profile. The Site is not responsible for the content on the Site.
  • If the Site receives for the complaint about the content or materials, the Site will investigate them. If the complaint is true, the Site will delete or freeze your account.
  • The Site has the right to delete your content or material which is posted on the Site. And the Site does not and will not give you any compensation.

Application for the Fan’s role

1. Only medical professional’s best friend, family member or clinic staff can apply for the role of Fan. If the medical professional is the member of a medical group or hospital, the office staffs (e.g. the Administration department, Personnel or HR department, Marketing department, Operation department and other office departments) cannot apply for the role of Fan.

2. When your account is open, you must follow several steps to enable the function of profile’s management.

3. Please send a webform to us. The subject should be: Application for the role of Fan.

4. Email must mention:

I. Your email address of the new account;

II. Your whole name (must be equal to Name of Hong Kong Identity Card or related certificate);

III. medical professional's whole name;

IV. The clinic address of the medical professional;

V. Clinic contact number of the medical professional;

VI. The relationship between the medical professional and you.

5. E-mail should have attachments which should be copies of medical documents. Only copies of MPS or APC (Annual Practising Certificate) accept for the application.

6. You must read, agree and accept for "Terms and Conditions", “Privacy Policy” and “Handbook_ Fan role”. And you acknowledge and understand that you legally collect the medical professional’s relevant document.

Application for the medical professional’s role

 

1. Only medical professional can apply for the role of medical professional. If the medical professional is the member of a medical group or hospital, the office staffs (e.g. the Administration department, Personnel or HR department, Marketing department, Operation department and other office departments) cannot apply for the role of medical professional.
